Different Properties and Usage of Different Stainless Steel Strips

      Stainless steel strip can be divided into a lot of kinds，for example, 304L stainless steelstrip, 304 stainless steel strip, 310 stainless steel strip, 303 stainlesssteel strip, 302 stainless steel strip, 301 stainless steel stripand so on. For one thing, our company produces 301 stainless steel strips,which have good ductility, mainly used for forming products. They also canrapid hardening by mechanical processing and own good weld ability. Their abrasionresistance and fatigue strength are better than that of 304 stainless steels. What’smore, this steel strip can be applied in chemical insulation banding,construction or commercial insulation banding, power generation, food beverage,oil & gas pipeline insulation banding and so on.

     We also manufacture 409, 410, 420, 430 stainless steel strips. Forinstance, 410 stainless steel strips belong to the martensite chromium steel whichhave high strength, good wear resistance, but corrosion resistance is poor. Anotherproduct, 420 stainless steel strips are called "RJ" martensitic steel.It is also used in surgical tools, which is very light. What’s more, 430stainless steel strips, are the parts of ferritic stainless steel, which can beused in decoration, such as for car accessories. They have good formability,but the temperature resistance and corrosion resistance is poor. Therefore, differentstainless steels strips have their own different propertiesand usage.
